On the Banks of the Tolt River

Tolt River Farm has been in operation since 2004. Once a dairy farm back in the 40's and 50's, the fields are surrounded by trees and are just over 100 feet from the Tolt River. The beautiful, serene setting has an abundance of vegetables in the spring, summer and fall, with the winter bringing shaded fields and a slower pace.

Tolt River Farm is owned by Erik Matteo and Becky Reimer. Becky does the actual farming while Erik has his own arborist business, The Tree Stewards. Each year brings not only new weather patterns, new crops, new glories, and new challenges but also a new intern. The 2007 intern is Nate Lamp.

Organic Produce

You can buy wonderful, fresh, organically grown produce from Tolt River Farm at the following locations:

• Carnation Farmers Market: Tuesdays 3-7, May through September
• Magnolia Farmers Market: Saturdays 10-2, June through September

The farm also has a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program with pickups at the Carnation Farmers Market on Tuesdays, the Magnolia Farmers Market on Saturdays, and at the farm on Saturdays.
